We handle the credentialing, so you can focus on patients.
We strive to support medical providers' focus on attending to their patients, as we focus on handling their credentialing and contracting — managing provider enrollment, payer contracting and CAQH maintenance for physicians, groups and health systems.

“Torch took our entire re-credentialing backlog off my plate in one conversation. Inessa's team tracks every payer deadline so I don't have to — I just get updates.”
“I've worked with credentialing vendors before and none were this responsive. Questions get answered within hours, not weeks, and nothing falls through the cracks.”
“Hospital privileging is notoriously slow. Torch pushed our applications through faster than I expected and kept every hospital coordinator on the same page.”
“As a solo pediatrician, I don't have an admin team. Torch is essentially my credentialing department — thorough, patient with my schedule, and always on top of renewals.”
“Their CAQH maintenance alone has saved me hours every quarter. I get a heads-up before attestation windows close instead of scrambling after the fact.”
“We onboarded three new providers into our group this year and Torch managed every panel application. Clean, organized, and genuinely easy to work with.”
Answers to what providers ask most.
Most commercial payers complete initial credentialing in 60–120 days once your application is fully submitted. Timelines vary by payer, specialty and how quickly supporting documents (license, DEA, malpractice insurance, CV) are available. We build a tracking timeline for every provider so you always know where an application stands.
Credentialing is the verification process — payers confirm your education, licensure, training and history. Contracting is the negotiation and execution of the reimbursement agreement that lets you bill as an in-network provider. Both are required, and we manage them together so nothing stalls between the two steps.
Yes. We create and maintain your CAQH ProView profile, keep documents current, and complete the quarterly attestation on your behalf so your profile never lapses — a common cause of delayed or denied applications.
We credential and contract with all major commercial payers — including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Tricare and WorkComp MPNs — as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and regional Medical Groups and IPAs.
